Since opening in 2001, Viewpark Montessori Nursery has been built on one simple belief - that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and excited to come through our doors each day.
We’re proud to be a family-run nursery where relationships come first. We take the time to really get to know every children and every family because no two journeys are ever the same. Whether we’re supporting a child through a difficult stage or sharing those proud “I did it!” moments, we’re privileged to be part of each family’s story.

Our approach
Inspired by Montessori - Shaped by children
Although Montessori remains part of our name, we’re not a traditional Montessori nursery.
When Nursery Principal Kirsten Brady took over the nursery in 2005, she chose to keep many of the Montessori values that have stood the test of time - encouraging independence, curiosity, respect, and hands-on-learning - whilst giving us the freedom to embrace new ideas and evolve alongside the children in our care.
Every generation is different, and children’s needs continue to change. We believe it’s our responsibility to keep learning too. By combining the best of Montessori with modern early years practice, we’re able to create an environment that supports every child as an individual and prepares them for today’s world.

More than a Nursery
Families often tell us that Viewpark Montessori Nursery feels different, and that’s the greatest compliment we could ever receive.
Over the years we’ve seen friendships that started in our playrooms continue long after children have moved on to school. Parents who first met at nursery now meet for coffee, celebrate birthdays together and continue supporting one another. We’ve welcomed siblings, cousins, neighbours, and friends, with many families recommending us to the people who matter most to them.
For us, nursery has never just been about childcare. It’s about creating a community where children feel they belong, and families know they’re supported every step of the way.
That’s what we mean when we talk about our nursery family.
It’s also why so many of our own team have trusted us with their own children, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. When the people who know us best choose Viewpark Montessori for their own families, we think that says everything about the environment we’ve created together.

Our logo tells our story
Everything about Viewpark Montessori Nursery has been designed with children’s journey’s in mind, including our logo.
The open book represents the beginning of every child’s learning journey with us. The children playing symbolise the happy memories, friendships, discoveries, and experiences they enjoy throughout their time at nursery.
Finally, the tree represents growth - confident, resilient children leaving us ready to flourish as they begin their next chapter at school.
Because while every child eventually leaves Viewpark Montessori Nursery, we hope they take a little piece of us with them wherever life leads next.
