Encouraging self-reliance from the outset
Children are supported to make decisions and participate actively in nursery life by helping clear away after snacks and caring for their surroundings.
We give them time to practise, offering help whenever needed, so they can feel the confidence of achieving something on their own.
Open-air play throughout every season
Children, including our youngest babies, spend time outside throughout the year, regardless of the weather.
Observing the trees move and sensing the grass under their feet offers young children new discoveries, while older children have space to run, climb and dig.
Freedom outdoors helps children practise balance and coordination whilst building confidence in their abilities.
Things may get messy. Dress your child in clothing suitable for mud, and outdoor layers appropriate for the weather.
Kindly label all their possessions, and our team is always ready to clarify what children of their age should bring before they start.
