Bright Blossoms aged 2 to 3
At Bright Blossoms, inquisitive toddlers are enthusiastically encouraged to try things on their own!
Pouring their own drinks at snack time and finding their named peg provide simple, manageable opportunities to practise independence, with support provided when required.
The same patience is maintained during toilet training. We respond to your child’s cues and collaborate closely with you, establishing consistency between home and nursery.
Little accidents are a natural aspect of learning, and we react without making an issue of them.
Our compassionate service recognises that your little one learns something new each day, and we will help them as they develop at a pace that suits them.
Songs, stories and daily conversations help children explore unfamiliar words. If you are concerned about your child’s talking, our facility will work with you to offer the best possible support for your child.

Mighty Oaks designed for ages 3 – 5 years
At Mighty Oaks, we help your child to develop the confidence needed to progress into school and progressively more formal education.
Everyday achievements, such as putting a coat away or asking an adult for help, help children develop the confidence and skills to handle tasks on their own.
When children play together, they practise listening, sharing turns and solving problems with their friends.
Children develop storytelling, counting and early writing skills during play, with these areas built into activities they like.
Strong friendships formed here frequently carry into P1, offering reassurance during that significant transition.

A inquiry-based themed childcare close to Newhouse
Viewpark’s Montessori inspired approach attaches importance to the learning which children pursue on their own.
Alongside contemporary early years approaches, we create opportunities for outdoor discovery and imaginative play, while valuing the ideas children contribute to nursery.
Nurturing independence right from an early age
Children are encouraged to make decisions and take an active part in nursery life, from tidying away after snacks to looking after their surroundings.
We allow them time to practise, offering assistance as needed, so they can enjoy the confidence gained through doing things independently.
Outside activities for every season
Young children, including our youngest babies, enjoy time outdoors throughout the year, whatever the conditions.
Watching the trees and feeling the grass under their feet offers younger children fresh discoveries, whilst older children have space to run, climb and dig.
As children move around freely outdoors, each step develops their balance and coordination, while quietly building confidence in everything they can do.
Things can get messy! Put your child in clothing you do not mind getting muddy, with appropriate outdoor layers for the weather.
Please label all their belongings, and our staff is always ready to clarify what children of their age should bring before they begin.

Our team fosters curiosity and gives them time to explore their interests, developing confidence through discoveries they make on their own.
